Description
Scope is seeking an experienced Sustainability Lead to develop and implement sustainability strategies, policies, and programs across its operations in the UK and Ireland. The role involves promoting sustainability awareness, conducting assessments, driving initiatives to improve environmental performance, and reducing the company's carbon footprint. The Sustainability Lead will work closely with internal departments and external partners, reporting directly to the CEO. Responsibilities include strategy development, stakeholder engagement, education, training, innovation, and continuous improvement in sustainability practices. The compensation package includes a performance-related bonus, 24 days annual leave, healthcare allowance, pension contributions, company sick pay, and professional membership support.
