The role develops and implements ESG and sustainability strategies, manages ESG metrics and reporting, supports climate-pathway implementation, integrates sustainability into construction projects, manages grants, coordinates internal and external partners, and communicates sustainability initiatives. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent qualification, substantial ESG and sustainability-management experience in real estate, grant-management knowledge, analytical and strategic abilities, strong communication skills, and Microsoft 365 and ESG software experience.
