Turner & Townsend is hiring a Sustainability Manager to lead environmental initiatives across its data centre portfolio. The role owns sustainability roadmaps, power usage and water efficiency, clean energy procurement, carbon and emissions accounting, waste and circular economy programs, and compliance with LEED, BREEAM, Green Mark, GRI, CDP, SASB, and ISSB reporting requirements. It also leads onsite project management and operations teams, coordinates with general contractors, and manages client communications. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or environmental science field, 8 to 10+ years of sustainability or energy systems management experience, and strong knowledge of data centre systems, energy modelling, and ESG reporting.
