Berindo Jaya is hiring a Sustainability Program Manager based in Bandar Lampung, Indonesia, to lead coffee sustainability activities across Arabica and Robusta, with a focus on North and South Sumatra. The role oversees certified supply chains, sustainability initiatives, farmer and supplier engagement, traceability and digital systems, EUDR compliance, customer reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, at least seven years of sustainability or responsible-sourcing experience, strong knowledge of Indonesian coffee supply chains, and extensive travel across Indonesia.
