Abacus Insights is hiring a Site Reliability and Forward Deployed Engineer to support production operations, incident response, customer-facing deployment troubleshooting, and reliability automation for its healthcare data platform. The role investigates AWS infrastructure, Databricks workloads, and data pipelines; contributes to root cause analyses; maintains runbooks and observability; and writes Python scripts to reduce operational toil.
