Description
Form Energy is hiring a Sustaining Controls Engineer to support the stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of industrial control systems at its high-volume battery manufacturing facility in Weirton, West Virginia. The role serves as the primary engineering escalation point for automation technicians, troubleshoots PLC, HMI, SCADA, MES, electrical, and OT-network issues, performs root-cause analysis, mentors technicians, and supports equipment retrofits and upgrades. The position requires at least six years of industrial controls engineering experience, proficiency with Siemens TIA-Portal and Rockwell Studio 5000, and a bachelor's degree in electrical, controls, or mechatronics engineering or equivalent practical experience. Relocation assistance is available, and the role is onsite.
