Cubic Defense is hiring a Sustaining Engineer to serve as the technical bridge between engineering, purchasing, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, and program management. The role owns sustaining engineering for released products, resolves component, supplier, manufacturing, and field-return issues, leads engineering changes, supports supplier qualification and alternate sourcing, and drives cost, lead-time, yield, and reliability improvements. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, a U.S. security clearance where required, and at least three years of experience in sustaining, manufacturing, process, product, or supplier engineering. The stated pay range is $106,000 to $114,000 plus benefits.
