Description
Emerson is seeking a Sustaining Engineer to support and improve existing fluid and motion control products. The role responds to field complaints and production issues, performs root-cause analysis, develops design and process improvements, coordinates testing, manages engineering changes in PLM and ERP systems, reviews PPAP and deviation requests, and supports regulatory, substance compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, with CAD, manufacturing, polymer technology, and stage-gate experience preferred.
