Eaton’s Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division is hiring an Associate Engineer in its New Product Development department in Jackson, Mississippi. The entry-level role supports the design, analysis, testing, certification, and customer-facing design review of hydraulic components for commercial and military aircraft, including electric motorpumps, hydraulic motors, heat exchangers, and reservoirs. Responsibilities include using design and DFSS tools, preparing test procedures and engineering drawings, evaluating test results, addressing non-conformances, and supporting design modifications. A BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering is required, with mechanical engineering, a master’s degree, co-op or internship experience, and 3D CAD skills preferred. The position requires U.S. person status under ITAR and offers an annual salary of $71,000–$105,000.
