Description
Emerson is seeking a Sustaining Engineer to support and improve existing fluid and motion control products. The role responds to field complaints and production issues, performs root-cause analysis, develops design and process improvements, coordinates testing, manages engineering changes in PLM and ERP systems, and supports regulatory, substance compliance, and sustainability initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and at least three years of relevant experience, with CAD, manufacturing, polymer technology, and stage-gate experience preferred.
