Description
Neo Security is hiring a Sustaining Engineer to maintain the reliability, security, and performance of its production software. The role owns triage, root-cause analysis, reproduction, and resolution of customer-reported bugs, security vulnerabilities, and production issues across supported product versions. The engineer will develop and ship hotfixes, partner with Support, Customer Success, QA, and core engineering, improve debugging and regression-testing tooling, document issues, identify recurring patterns, and participate in an on-call rotation. The position is based in or near Boston, Massachusetts, with a hybrid schedule.
