Description
The Sustaining Engineer supports the ongoing performance, compliance, and lifecycle management of released products in regulated industries. The role resolves design, material, manufacturing, and performance issues; leads engineering changes and validation activities; supports line extensions and supplier or material qualification; maintains technical documentation; and partners with Quality, Regulatory, Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least three years of sustaining or product support experience in regulated industries, hands-on experience with polymeric materials and CAD, and knowledge of validation and regulatory compliance.
