Description
The Sustaining Engineer provides immediate response to design-related production issues, manages the product lifecycle for busbar designs, and improves design for manufacturability. The role supports cross-functional design improvements, production and supply-chain issues, new product development and introduction, and quality assurance for engineered-to-order busbar designs. It requires 1–3+ years of product design, 3D modeling or 2D drafting, design for manufacturability, sheet metal and copper design, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
