Description
The Sustaining Engineer owns and maintains the Busbar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and supports the full lifecycle of engineered-to-order busbar products. Responsibilities include maintaining PLM data, coordinating design-for-manufacturability improvements, responding to production and supply-chain design issues, supporting new product development and introduction, and ensuring ETO designs are quality-controlled before production release. The role requires 1–3+ years of product design, 3D modeling or 2D drafting, PLM, sheet-metal and copper design, and mechanical engineering experience, along with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
