Hyper Solutions is hiring a Sustaining Engineer, Mechanical to provide lifecycle mechanical engineering support for released power distribution equipment. The role covers engineering changes, production and field issue resolution, root-cause analysis, GD&T and tolerance analysis, documentation, supplier and material changes, reliability and warranty investigations, and continuous improvement. It requires a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline, at least two years of manufacturing mechanical engineering experience, SolidWorks or similar CAD proficiency, and knowledge of fabrication, GD&T, and engineering change management. The position is onsite in Richmond, Virginia, or remote depending on candidate location and business needs, with an anticipated annual compensation range of $80,000 to $110,000 and no visa sponsorship.
