Hyper Solutions is seeking a Sustaining Engineer, Mechanical to oversee and continuously improve the mechanical aspects of their power distribution equipment. This role involves ensuring product reliability, manufacturability, quality, and performance throughout the product lifecycle, providing hands-on engineering support for production and field issues, executing engineering changes, and driving continuous improvements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments like Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Product Engineering.
