Description
Aera Technology is hiring a Modeling Sustaining Engineer to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues involving customer decision models, data pipelines, recommendations, data transformations, and business logic on the Aera platform. The role partners with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Modeling teams to perform root-cause analysis, validate fixes, improve platform reliability, and develop troubleshooting documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, at least four years of experience in enterprise application support, data analytics, business intelligence, modeling, or related areas, strong SQL and distributed-systems debugging skills, and experience with data pipelines, ETL, or analytics platforms.
