Description
Carrier is hiring a Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead the sustaining engineering organization responsible for the lifecycle management of commercial HVAC and data center cooling products. The role manages mechanical, electrical, controls, and systems engineers; drives factory support, engineering change management, supplier localization, regulatory compliance, product reliability, and customer satisfaction; and partners with manufacturing, quality, service, supply chain, product management, design services, and program management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional engineering experience or a master’s degree with 5+ years, along with project-team leadership experience, and offers an annual salary of $117,500 to $234,500 plus short-term cash incentives and health, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
