Hyper Solutions is seeking a fully remote Sustaining Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for the ongoing technical ownership, support, and continuous improvement of their product portfolio. This role involves driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring product reliability, providing manufacturing support, managing engineering change requests, and resolving field issues throughout the product lifecycle. The manager will collaborate with various internal teams like Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to achieve business objectives and maintain customer satisfaction.
