Flex is hiring a Sustaining Supply Chain Program Analyst in Shanghai Jiading to support its Power business by coordinating supply continuity and cost optimization initiatives. The role partners with Global Commodity Management, Product Teams, Sales and Operational Planning, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop second-sourcing opportunities, manage end-of-life component risk buys, quantify market-driven price increases, reduce bill-of-materials costs, support product transfers, and address ad-hoc supply-chain requests. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field, 3–5 years of supply-chain or related experience, cross-functional collaboration, analytical and stakeholder-management skills, and fluency in English.
