Description
The Sustainment Engineer supports the lifecycle of a defense product through integration, comprehensive logistics, sustainment planning, requirements analysis, obsolescence management, and supportability studies. The role may serve as the logistics interface with customers and provide training on system design and specifications. It requires at least one year of related experience, knowledge of Naval Aviation and Maintenance Procedures, familiarity with diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages, and preferably experience in Naval Helicopter Programs, engineering drawings, EPDM, and SAP PLM. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
