Lockheed Martin is hiring a Sustainment Engineer Staff to lead the Canadian Maritime Helicopter Program Information Network Integrated Product Team. The role manages access to Canadian software systems supporting the Cyclone aircraft, oversees the Integrated Information Environment software suite, and leads sustainment activities across integration, logistics, maintenance, supportability, and disposal. Responsibilities include translating requirements into solutions, coordinating with customers and suppliers, producing executive reports and risk assessments, automating sustainment tasks, managing documentation and compliance, and mentoring junior staff. The position requires strong communication, limited-direction project management, MS Office and project-management tool proficiency, technical documentation capability, and the ability to acquire a US Government Security Clearance; it also requires US citizenship and at least five years of relevant experience. Full-time salary ranges are provided for four geographic zones, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
