Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Sustainment Program Manager to support Integrated Logistics Support and Cost Account Management activities for IRST and Legion programs. The role leads obsolescence and diminishing manufacturing sources and material shortages sustainment, tracks risks and opportunities, supports repair and rework approvals, manages contract deliverables, presents to senior leadership and customers, and develops component and subsystem roadmaps. Candidates need DMSMS experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance; technical or engineering experience, military background, fielding-plan experience, cross-functional IPT experience, statistical analysis, MFC Asset Management System familiarity, proposal experience, and customer-facing presentation skills are desired. The salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
