Description
The LSA Analyst supports Lockheed Martin’s Sikorsky LSA sustainment program by delivering Level of Repair Analysis, Maintenance Task Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance analysis, and sustainment-plan requirements across the product lifecycle. The role interfaces with Engineering, Logistics, customers, subcontractors, and the Integrated Product Team; supports contract proposals; reviews technical packages; and tracks quality, schedules, budgets, and metrics. It requires strong communication, organizational, aircraft-maintenance, and independent problem-solving skills, along with a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education, or a related master’s degree. The position offers a full-time salary range of $118,000 to $219,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
