Description
Accion Opportunity Fund is hiring a Senior Vice President, Credit Risk & Policy to lead enterprise-wide credit risk management, underwriting, portfolio monitoring, CECL, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and credit analytics. The role reports to the Executive Leadership Team and partners with the Board, Credit Risk Committee, regulators, auditors, and other business functions while preparing the organization for expansion into SBA lending, Credit Union products, consumer lending, and commercial real estate. The position requires a quantitative degree, at least 10 years of commercial and consumer credit risk experience, and extensive enterprise credit risk leadership experience; it offers a flexible remote work environment and a salary range of $220,000–$250,000 plus a 17% discretionary annual target bonus.
