SCOR is hiring a U.S. Life Actuarial Director to lead pricing strategy, governance, risk management, portfolio profitability, product innovation, and actuarial talent development for its U.S. Individual and Group Life business. The role requires a bachelor's degree in actuarial science or equivalent, FSA or FCA designation, and at least 15 years of progressively increasing actuarial leadership experience in life insurance or life reinsurance. The position offers a hybrid arrangement with three office days and two remote days, U.S. relocation assistance, and a base salary of $270,000–$365,000, with a $305,000–$366,000 range for roles performed in North Carolina or Kansas City.
