Description
Chubb is hiring an SVP, Commercial Insurance Marine Line of Business Manager to provide executive leadership for its marine portfolio. The role owns profitability, growth, product strategy, underwriting, pricing, policy administration, capacity, reinsurance, complex referrals, and cross-functional execution across underwriting, claims, actuarial, technology, legal, and field teams. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, extensive commercial marine underwriting, product, and portfolio management experience, and familiarity with Duck Creek or similar platforms. The pay range is $200,000 to $250,000, with possible discretionary annual incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
