Description
Toptal is hiring a remote SVP, Product to set the company’s AI-native product strategy and multi-year portfolio roadmap, own product integration and resourcing, and build an advanced product organization. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in agentic architectures, model fine-tuning, evaluation, production economics, and AI-enabled product delivery, along with extensive software product management and product leadership experience. The position reports to the CEO, partners with engineering, design, finance, marketing, and other leaders, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of software product management experience, and at least 8 years leading product organizations.
