Candescent is seeking a Digital Banking Engineer to design and build scalable software features for financial institutions, own services end-to-end, and collaborate with product managers and designers. The role involves implementing production-ready code, creating technical documentation, optimizing performance, participating in Agile planning, and maintaining high-quality software in native and hybrid cloud environments. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of Java software development experience, strong backend and transactional-system expertise, and experience with microservices, cloud technologies, databases, and development tools.
