Description
Emerson is hiring a senior software quality engineer to own end-to-end quality for software applications, including test planning, risk-based testing, release readiness, functional and non-functional testing, automation, CI/CD integration, defect triage, and quality governance. The role also involves mentoring junior test engineers and collaborating with development, product, cybersecurity, and global stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science and 8–10 years of software testing experience are required; the preferred qualifications include product quality engineering, automation frameworks, API and performance testing, CI/CD, and cybersecurity exposure.
