The Sweeping Operations Manager oversees third-shift sweeping operations in the assigned market, directing crews, managing routes and customer accounts, conducting quality inspections, developing field personnel, coordinating fleet maintenance, and using GPS and fleet-management technology to optimize operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of experience leading field operations or related service-based operations, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel.
