Description
The YMCA of Montclair is hiring a Competitive Swim Team Coach to lead structured practices, instruct swimmers, maintain attendance and safety records, communicate with parents, attend meets and social events, and support fundraising and team projects. The role requires at least 21 years of age, four or more years of competitive swim team coaching experience, strong swimming and stroke-mechanics skills, current BLS/AED and first-aid certification, and YMCA or ARC lifeguarding and safety training. It is a part-time position requiring less than 15 hours per week, most weekends, and pays $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
