Description
Penn State is hiring students for a Swim Instructor position with the Department of Campus Recreation. The role instructs group and private swim lessons, maintains participant safety, completes lesson paperwork, communicates with participants and parents, and manages diverse groups. Instructors must hold American Red Cross water-safety and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, complete bloodborne-pathogens training, and pass criminal and FBI background checks. The position is based at the University Park Campus White Building or McCoy Natatorium and may require variable schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holiday hours.
