Description
The Swim Instructor teaches swimming techniques, strokes, safety rules, and water activities to individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels. The role includes assessing student progress, maintaining attendance and progress records, enforcing pool policies, responding to emergencies, communicating with students and staff, and assisting with facility maintenance. Candidates must have excellent swimming skills, knowledge of different strokes, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, patience with beginners, and the ability to work with diverse age groups. The position is part-time, seasonal, and hourly, with schedule flexibility for evening and weekend responsibilities, and pays $15.00 per hour.
