Description
The part-time Swim Instructor provides direct leadership, instruction, and motivation for students in swimming classes, prepares lesson plans, trains and supervises class aides, maintains records, follows safety and emergency procedures, and organizes pool equipment. The role operates in and around a pool area, requires CPR/AED and basic first-aid certification, swim-instructor skills, and the ability to perform water rescue and lifeguarding duties.
