The Swim Instructor II instructs swimming and water safety skills for children and adults according to American Red Cross standards, supervises structured small-group classes and private lessons, and may serve as a lead instructor at a pool by assisting with organization and student skill assessment. The role requires instructional knowledge, at least one year of swim instruction experience, and CPR/AED and First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
