Description
The YMCA of the Inland Northwest is hiring a Swim Instructor to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced swim lessons, maintain equipment, assess participants, enforce safety rules, monitor progress, track attendance, and respond to emergencies. The role requires availability for weekday mornings and afternoons and Saturday mornings, approximately 20–29 hours per week, and offers a starting pay of $17.63 per hour. YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification is preferred, and completion of required training upon hire is required.
