The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring individuals age 15 and older as swim instructors or instructor aides. The role involves teaching children swimming, maintaining a safe and enjoyable aquatics environment, evaluating swimming skills, completing progress reports and parent communications, and attending required meetings and training. Applicants need experience with children, a passion for teaching swimming, CPR certification eligibility, and the ability to pass an in-water skills assessment.
