Description
The Shaw JCC is hiring Swim Lesson Instructors to teach children from infants in Parent + Child classes through approximately 14-year-olds, using American Red Cross Learn-to-Swim guidelines. The role includes group, private, and semi-private lessons, lesson planning, progress tracking, parent communication, pool-rule enforcement, and water-safety instruction. Applicants should be able to swim, assist young swimmers, work in a warm pool environment, and hold current CPR/AED and First Aid certification; American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification is preferred but not required.
