Description
The YMCA of Montclair is hiring a Swim Lessons Instructor to teach group swim lessons, supervise participants, demonstrate stroke techniques, maintain water safety, complete lesson plans and progress reports, and support an inclusive learning environment. The role requires at least 16 years of age, current YMCA Swim Instructor certification or equivalent, swimming proficiency, CPR/AED and First Aid certification or certification within 90 days, and availability for evening and weekend shifts. The position pays $18.13-$21.00 per hour and includes YMCA membership, program discounts, referral bonuses, employee discounts, and paid time off after 90 days.
