Description
The Swim Lesson Manager oversees the daily operations of swim lessons, supports and mentors swim instructors, communicates program goals to families, teaches in-water lessons, and helps manage related aquatic programs such as Parent and Me and Aqua Aerobics. The role requires prior swim instructor experience, the ability to obtain or maintain a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard certification, strong reliability and professionalism, and availability on specified weekend and weekday shifts. The position is seasonal and hourly with compensation of $19.00-$22.00 per hour.
