Description
The Aquatics Supervisor manages and trains Aquatics Team Members, supports members and guests with program inquiries, maintains high-quality swim programming, promotes the swim program, and ensures safe, clean, and orderly aquatics facilities. The role requires strong swimming, customer service, communication, and physical abilities, along with a high school diploma or GED and specified customer service, coaching, lifeguarding, and supervisory experience. StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certification is required, with some college or a working toward a four-year degree preferred.
