Bear Paddle Swim School is hiring Swim Teachers to teach children from 6 months through teenagers in a story-based curriculum. The role involves conducting fully submerged swim lessons, fostering a safe and encouraging environment, using storytelling, monitoring student progress, teaching water safety, communicating with parents, and helping maintain a clean facility. Candidates need basic swimming skills, strong communication, teamwork, and at least 16 years of age; prior teaching experience and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred. The position offers flexible scheduling, training, employee referral and professional development benefits, and starts at $15 per hour.
