Description
The part-time Swim Team Coach conducts daily swimming practices, instructs children in swimming skills, recommends and assists with swim-meet placements and line-ups, attends meets, maintains safety and clean areas, and supports the Head Swim Team Coach. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with Saturday swim meets, and pays $15.00 per hour. It requires safety training for swim coaches, previous competitive swimming experience, flexibility, communication skills, patience, teamwork, safety knowledge, and the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
