Description
The YMCA of Montclair is seeking a swim team coach to provide leadership, instruction, and motivation for swim team participants. The coach will attend swim meets/team functions, promote the swim team program, and maintain a safe environment. They will develop swimmers’ skills, teach good sportsmanship, and demonstrate a high level of integrity. The coach will lead practices, track attendance, communicate with parents, and assist in social event planning and fundraising. Must be at least 21 years old with 4+ years coaching experience and current certifications in BLS/AED, Lifeguarding, and Safety Training for Swim Coaches.
