Description
Pork Partner is hiring a Biosecurity Manager to lead and continuously improve biosecurity practices across its swine production system. The role oversees biosecurity execution at sow farms, nurseries, finishing sites, loadouts, and truck washes; conducts risk-based audits; evaluates animal movement and facility risks; supports disease prevention and response; trains and coaches employees; and drives accountability through audit processes and scorecards. The position is hands-on and field-based, requires regular travel between production sites, and reports to the Director of Sow Farms.
