Ganahl Lumber is hiring a Swing Shift Supervisor for its San Juan Capistrano team. The role supports the sales team by processing customer orders, locating and verifying returned products, processing daily sales tickets, managing open orders, scheduling and assigning order-pullers, and monitoring turnaround times. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience supporting client success, strong communication skills, effective complaint resolution, and proficiency with Accuterm, scheduling, ticket writing, credit memos, Word, and Excel. The ideal candidate also has product knowledge across multiple categories and a customer-first service mindset.
