DB InfraGO AG is seeking a Switch Grinding Machine Operator for a nationwide assignment. The role involves safely operating a switch grinding machine, grinding switches, maintaining track routes, processing maintenance orders, performing tests and inspections, monitoring machine condition, and assisting with physically demanding outdoor infrastructure work. Applicants need a commercial-technical vocational qualification, preferably experience in maintenance, machine operation, assembly, or metalworking, physical resilience, willingness to work outdoors and obtain rail-vehicle driving training, and a valid Class B driver’s license. The position includes shift, night, and weekend work and offers tariff-based pay, vacation, travel benefits, and additional compensation.
