DB InfraGO AG is seeking candidates for qualification as a Switch Mechanic at its Nuremberg Fischbach location. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, and servicing railway switch components, preparing measurement and test reports, and maintaining an assigned region. Candidates need vocational training in a commercial-technical field, outdoor work experience, reliability, willingness to learn, and a Class B driver’s license; already trained Switch Mechanics are also welcome. The position includes onboarding, rotating on-call duty, and occasional night and weekend work, with permanent employment and market-standard compensation.
