Description
The Switch Tech Lead will provide O&M for ISP systems and equipment at Rock Island Arsenal, including telephone switching, voice mail, firewall, and other connected systems. Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining telephone directories, activating and deactivating voice mail accounts, inspecting backup batteries, and ensuring full operational capability and system availability. The role requires Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ CE certification obtainable within six months of hire.
